Debbie Moose of Raleigh, N.C. is the author of five cookbooks:

	“Deviled Eggs: 50 Recipes From Simple to Sassy”
	“Fan Fare: A Playbook of Great Recipes for Tailgating or Watching the Game at Home”
	“Wings: More Than 50 High-Flying Recipes for America's Favorite Snack”
	“Potato Salad: 65 Recipes from Classic to Cool”

She writes monthly columns on food and cooking for The News & Observer of Raleigh, N.C., where she was food editor. She writes for a number of publications and web sites, including the blog Moose Musings on her web site, www.debbiemoose.com. She also teaches classes in writing and cooking, has done radio work, and is available for recipe development and consultation. She is a five-time first-place winner of the Association of Food Journalists’ essay writing competition.
